April 15, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #31 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #8125 FOR INTERIOR PEST CONTROL Description Bids to provide 'Interior Pest Control' were received from ten vendors on March 25, 2008.  The bid of NaturZone Pest Control, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of NaturZone Pest Control, Inc., to provide 'Interior Pest Control' in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
